Ari Oddsson ehf. tiled the new hot tub at Vesturbæjarlaug

Tiling for a new hot tub and improvements at the Vesturbæjarlaug swimming pool.

A new hot tub was opened at Vesturbæjarlaug in April 2014 and Ari Oddsson ehf. carried out the tiling. The pool area was significantly expanded, with a new fence, a new basement and storage for lifeguards, and a full refurbishment of the women's changing rooms.

The new tub is effectively two tubs in one — a shallow pool similar to the one at Grafarvogslaug, and a large two-section tub combining a jacuzzi and a regular hot pot. The four existing tubs remained in place, so the project was a pure addition to the site.

Roof leak stopped

Specialist methods used to locate and stop roof leaks.

Is the roof leaking? Finding a leak can be tricky because water often travels a long way inside cladding before it appears. That's why it pays to bring in professionals with the right tools.

We use specialist techniques to locate the source of the leak, and once the cause is found, stopping it is usually straightforward.
